Editorial Policy
Private valuations move monthly. A wrong number on a company page is the fastest way to lose the trust this site depends on, so our editorial process is built around verification and update speed rather than volume.
Verification
Every figure on this site carries one of three states:
- Verified — confirmed against a current primary source, with the verification date recorded on the page.
- Carried forward — accurate as of an earlier verification, not yet re-confirmed. Marked with the date it was last checked.
- Unverified — we do not publish it. If a figure cannot be confirmed, it does not appear.
We re-verify every company page quarterly at minimum, and immediately on any filing or pricing event.
Balance
Every company page presents the case for and the case against. The bear case is written with the same effort as the bull case, and it is not a disclaimer paragraph appended to a positive article.
Company pages that only enumerate upside read as promotional, rank worse, and attract exactly the readers we are least able to help.

We do not delete or redirect a company page after it lists. The queries continue with changed intent — from "how do I buy in" to "what happened and what is it worth now" — and readers arriving with the second question deserve an accurate answer, not a 404.
What We Do Not Publish
Access claims
No page states or implies that we can obtain shares in a named company. We cannot.
Offerings
No company page sits adjacent to a live offering, and no call to action on a company page references that company.
Predictions
We report filing status and publicly reported timing, attributed and dated. We do not forecast listing dates, prices, or returns.
Paid coverage
No company has paid to appear on this site, to alter its coverage, or to remove negative analysis.
Unattributed figures
If we cannot say where a number came from, we do not print it.
Sourcing
We prioritise, in order: SEC filings and company disclosures; direct company statements and earnings communications; established financial press with named reporting; secondary marketplace data, clearly labelled as indicative; and analyst estimates, attributed to the analyst.
We do not source from promotional material produced by parties selling access to the company in question.
Corrections
If a figure on this site is wrong, we want to know. Corrections are made on the page, and material corrections are noted with the date and the nature of the change rather than silently edited.
